Just sleep, when your body needs it.

Just lie down and…

… forget.

Let all those weird words, stories and amazing new worlds get into your mind and have fun there. Really. I do not get people saying sleeping is not important. Yes, of course new mothers, fresh parents can stay without sleeping for years… but still, ask them how much fun it is. And look at those red, tired eyes…

So do not.

Everyone has its own sleeping pattern. You need only 6 hours, you 8, and you need two naps during a day. That is okay. Do it, sleep and dream, and let your body and mind rest, somehow catalogue everything inside, somehow create new visions, maybe forget this what was too painful to stay in you…

Sleep…

Because it is life too.

Maybe we do in fact go into other dimensions while our eyes are closed – although, still some of you can talk, and have eyes wide pen while sleeping – as new research shows? Maybe? Still, it is something not proofed but maybe…

So sleep.

Do not listen to those who say that we need to sleep less to work more. It is so fucking insane!!!
